Mindi Bander is a global business professional who has more than 15 years experience in operations and customer service leadership. Mindi has been responsible for managing projects in the United States and Europe in Municipal Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Oil & Gas, Aggregate, Aviation, OSHA Compliance, Customer Portfolios, and Change Management. Each of the projects required Mindi to adapt her perspective and understanding to drive results that are aligned with the business’ overall mission. Bander was recognized and awarded the President’s Award for Operational Excellence for her leadership of a cross-disciplinary initiative to improve safety and manufacturing lead times during and after a business merger in 2011.

As part of the Workplace Learning System (WLS) Team Mindi serves as a Safety Action Team expert and coach. In her role, she remains dedicated to sharing her expertise for the development of others and empowering those who want to forge a new path in cultural transformations in safety, self, service and operations.
