Julie Frank

Operations and finance coordinator

Julie Frank joined Workplace Learning System in May 2020 as Operations and Finance Coordinator. Julie supports WLS in a multi-functional role which includes accounting and financial aspects of the business, human resources, marketing, client cultivation and new business development.

Julie was part of the EnPro family for nearly 20 years, where she worked at Garlock Sealing Technologies in a divisional HR role with multi-site responsibility. Julie is thoroughly familiar with the WLS approach, tools and practices and was instrumental in supporting the safety journey in those sites she supported, which included cultural transformation, leadership development and colleague training and development.

Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from SUNY at Plattsburgh and an MBA from St. John Fisher Graduate School of Management, Rochester, New York
