Chris Groves has been a leader in diverse manufacturing environments for over a decade.  He has mastered the skills of building robust partnerships, creating safe working environments and facilitating the exceeded expectations of business goals.  Chris is an engaging, vocal safety leader, helping to lead the implementation of a bottom-up cultural shift at the Garlock/Enpro facility in Denver, Colorado.  Chris has also led multiple cross functional, international teams resulting in improved safety for colleagues and customers.  Chris firmly believes in servant leadership and the empowerment of all colleagues to make positive and sustainable safety improvements in the work community leading to overall organizational excellence.  Groves also holds a certification as a Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CPSM).

In his free time Chris likes to enjoy Colorado's outdoors with family and friends.  Chris is currently a facilitator and past Vice President of Friends of Berthoud Pass a Colorado not for profit that provides free basic avalanche education to the community.
