Cassandra Roberts

Director, account principal

As Account Principal, Cassi consults with client companies to contribute to their development and growth on their safety journey. She provides support to both the teams and the leadership to ensure sustained success and measurable results.​

Cassi utilizes her degree from Iowa State University as well as 10 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience to bring a unique and valuable perspective to her clients. Cassi joined Workplace Learning System in 2019 as a Safety Practitioner, building and developing processes that have led to many Safety Action Team successes. She has spent the past two years supporting the Safety Action Team portion of the business and Safety Practitioners as Director, Organizational Development.​

Outside of work, Cassi enjoys spending time with her family and participating in her church community. Cassi was a long-standing board member for an inner-city ministry and continues to help contribute to the development of its leadership and staff culture.
