On February 1, 2020, EnPro Learning System (ELS) took a significant step towards creating a successful future for our partnership with you to create an injury-free safety culture in the workplace.

As you may know, historically ELS has operated as a subsidiary of EnPro Industries, focused on the EnPro operating divisions as internal customers, as well as client companies, our external customers. Effective February 1, our organization now operates as an independent company named Workplace Learning System, LLC (WLS).

This change will help our organization to be better and more flexible partners to our existing clients, and to create new opportunities with future clients. If your company is already a ELS customer, the transition to WLS should feel seamless for you and your teams. All of our Partners, Experts and Practitioners you have worked with in the past have made the transition to WLS, and they will continue to support you and your teams in the same excellent way you have become accustomed. There will be absolutely no change to the service you receive or to any scheduled activities going forward.

Additionally, EnPro Industries will benefit as they have chosen to outsource their global Environmental, Health and Safety support function, as well as some specific site roles, to Workplace Learning System going forward. WLS will continue our strong relationship with EnPro Industries, including our one-of-a-kind experiential learning events with access to their world class manufacturing facilities.
